We had been up and running for about a year when we had Bev-Craft come in and to audit our brewery and brew with us. They assessed our brewing operation and provided clear and concise feedback regarding our strengths and weaknesses. Besides a detailed analysis of our brewing process from mashing to kegging, we received great advice on numerous aspects of brewery operations including training, Q/A, inventory, and planning. A year later, I’m very happy with the improvements made to our beers and brewing process and don’t have a single complaint.
